technical Evaluation of EOI received for conducting performance audit of seed companies

OFFICE ORDER

 

Subject:           TECHNICAL EVALUATION OF THE EXPRESSION OF INTERESTS RECEIVED FOR                                         CONDUCTING             PERFORMANCE AUDIT OF THE SEED COMPANIES

                       

                        In response to the advertisement appearing in National Press on 13-09-2022, Following four firms submitted Expression of Interest for conducting the subject audit;

 

  1. HLB Ijaz Tabassum and Co
  2. UHY Hassan Naeem and Co
  3. Riasat Ishtiaq Consulting and Co
  4. RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman Chartered Accounts.

 

2.                     Subsequent to Technical Evaluation of the afore-mentioned four firms against the SOPs and TORs for EOI as advertised, following three firms fulfill the advertised criteria and qualify the technical evaluation;

  1. HLB Ijaz Tabassum and Co
  2. UHY Hassan Naeem and Co
  3. RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman Chartered Accounts.

 

3.                     However, M/s Riasat Ishtiaq Consulting and Co could not fulfil the technical criteria in respect of experience and registration with appropriate forum advertised in the press, hence its EOI is not accepted.

 

  1.                    In light of the recommendations of the Technical Evaluation Committee, 3 firms under para 2 are technically qualified and the firm under para 3 is not qualified. In case, there are any grievances, the same may be reported to the department within 10 days. The same has been uploaded on department website at following address: www.federalseeds@gov.pk
